Coleman “Cole” Aycock Jr. is a lifelong Franklin resident who grew up watching his father build Aycock Realty Group on the values of hard work, integrity, and lasting relationships within the Middle Tennessee business community.
A graduate of The University of Tennessee, Cole earned his degree in Logistics and spent four years in the logistics industry before returning home to join his father at Aycock Realty Group as a commercial real estate broker.
In his brokerage practice, Cole continues the family legacy by prioritizing honesty, transparency, and client-first service in every transaction. He takes pride in helping local businesses and property owners achieve their goals while contributing to the continued growth and character of Franklin and the greater Nashville area.
Cole is an active member of Franklin First United Methodist Church and the Downtown Franklin Rotary Club. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with family, getting out on the golf course, fly fishing Tennessee’s rivers, cheering on the Tennessee Volunteers, and keeping up with his 7-year-old German Shepherd—though not always in that order.
